Terret Properties believes in its mission to turn historic Chicago buildings into beautiful new apartments. Each of our lovingly restored buildings retains the character of the old while introducing new, luxurious fixtures and finishes to every space.

When we start a new project, we often start by finding a Chicago building that has been sitting vacant for years. If allowed to sit indefinitely, these buildings would eventually face demolition. We've got an eye for the old architectural details that make Chicago buildings grand, and we want to see those buildings saved. When we're done, an old building has a new lease on life - and our tenants are able to enjoy the fruits of our labor. 

Terret Properties also creates new construction buildings that feature all the finer things in life - durable, high-end flooring, natural stone tiles, chic modern lighting and more. Each building is designed with the resident in mind, to ensure people in our communities live in comfort and style.
