Founded Terret Properties in 2022 and focuses on acquisitions, development and property management. Prior to forming Terret, Mr. Krueger was co-founder of Campbell Street Street Asset Management, where he ran property management, acquisitions and development since 2012. Prior to Campbell Street, Mr. Krueger worked in commercial real estate mortgage banking and residential real estate brokerage. Mr. Krueger is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago with degrees in finance, international business and Italian.
Bailey McPherson is an associate with Terret Properties where he is involved with property management, construction management and leasing. In addition to working with Terret, Mr. McPherson runs a short term rental business in various neighborhoods throughout Chicago. Prior to joining Terret he was an associate at Campbell Street Asset Management where he worked on project management, property management and leasing. Before Campbell Street, Mr. McPherson was involved in managing short term rental property in Bloomington, IL where he performed underwriting, financial analysis and asset management. He holds an undergraduate degree from Illinois Wesleyan, with a major in Design, Technology and Entrepreneurship.
